Using SFTP/SCP via the command line
Command line utilities are installed by default on macOS systems, on most Linux systems and on Windows 10 under Powershell. To use them, connect to the host-name: 'haven.cs.plu.edu'. For example:
sftp username@haven.cs.plu.edu.
or
scp username@haven.cs.plu.edu:path/to/remote/file local_file_name

Using SCP/SFTP with a GUI

You can view your account's expiration date by going to https://www.cs.plu.edu/hub/ and clicking on 'Log In'. After logging in, it will display your account information including the expiration date.
